Private Strategy

Intensive

A structured 30-day engagement designed to give you the strategic clarity you've been missing and a concrete plan for where you're going next.

Most business owners don't lack ideas, motivation, or expertise.

What they lack is dedicated time and space to think clearly about the bigger picture, with someone who can help them see what's hard to see from the inside.

The Private Strategy Intensive is that time and space.

Over 30 days, we do the kind of deep strategic thinking that rarely happens in the middle of running a business.

We look at where you are, where you want to go, what's working, what isn't, and what needs to change.

You walk away with clarity on where you're going and a concrete plan for how to get there.

Rachel Anzalone, business strategy advisor and founder of Ease & Acumen

This is for you if:

  • You're an experienced professional or expert who has built something real and is ready to grow it more intentionally.

  • You're feeling the gap between where you are and where you want to be, but the day-to-day keeps pulling you away from the strategic thinking that would actually close it.

  • You've tried tactics and tools and outside help, but nothing has stuck because the foundation wasn't solid.

  • You're ready to step back, think clearly, and build a strategy that's genuinely designed around your specific situation.

This is not a coaching session.

It's not a workshop or a course.

It's a serious strategic engagement with an experienced advisor who will help you think more rigorously about your business than you can on your own.

"A gift for distilling complexity into actionable steps."

Becca Kannapell, Founder of Pound Jewelry, Ease & Acumen client

"I came in with a lot of ideas but wasn't sure how to prioritize or structure them. In one focused conversation, Rachel helped me articulate clear short-term, mid-term, and long-term goals that feel both strategic and aligned with who we are as a business.

She has a real gift for distilling complexity into actionable steps. Her insights around marketing, digital offerings, and long-term brand vision were tailored specifically to where we are. I walked away with clarity, focus, and a renewed sense of confidence, and was already taking action on my short-term goals.”

What's included

The intensive is structured across three phases over 30 days.

PHASE 1: PREPARATION

Before we meet, we do the groundwork. You'll complete a Pre-Intensive Business Vision and Values Assessment, which gives us both a clear picture of where you are, what you're building toward, and what's getting in the way.

We'll also have two preparatory calls, typically 60 to 90 minutes each, to review your existing plans, assets, and priorities.

By the time the intensive day arrives, we're already working.

PHASE 2: THE INTENSIVE

The intensive itself is a full day of deep strategic work, structured around whatever you most need.

For some clients, that's a comprehensive look at the business: vision, growth strategy, offer structure, revenue model, priorities, resulting in a clear 12-month roadmap with specific 90-day priorities.

For others, it's a focused deep dive into a specific challenge, decision, or opportunity they're facing.

Either way, you leave with clarity you didn't have when you arrived and a concrete path forward.

PHASE 3: INTEGRATION

Within two weeks of the intensive, we have a follow-up call to review your progress, answer questions that have come up, and make sure you're moving forward with confidence.

This is where we close any open loops and ensure the strategy is actually in motion.

"She helped me get solid on the one thing.

Not all the other things.

The one thing.”

FAQ

How do I know if the Strategy Intensive is right for me?

The clients who get the most out of the Intensive are experienced professionals who have already built something real and are ready to think more strategically about where it's going.

If you've been running your business for a while, have real momentum, and keep hitting the same ceiling because the underlying strategy was never fully built, you're probably ready.

If you know something needs to change but you can't quite name what it is, the Intensive is often exactly the right starting point. A significant part of what we do in the preparation phase is get clear on what's actually getting in the way, which isn't always what it looks like from the inside.

You don't need to arrive with a perfectly formed problem. You need to arrive ready to think seriously about your business.

If you're in early startup mode or still figuring out your basic offer, the timing may not be right yet for this experience.

How is this different from hiring a business coach?

The Intensive is a strategic engagement, not a coaching relationship. I'm not here to hold you accountable, help you work through mindset blocks, or check in on your progress over time.

I'm here to help you think more rigorously about your business than you can on your own, to look at the whole picture, identify what's actually going on, and build a strategy that's genuinely designed around your specific situation.

If you want ongoing support after the Intensive, that's what Advisory is for.

What's included and how long does it take?

The full engagement runs 30 days. That includes two preparatory calls before the intensive day, the intensive day itself, and a follow-up call within two weeks of the intensive.

Phase 1 is preparation: you complete a Pre-Intensive Business Vision and Values Assessment, and we have two preparatory calls (typically 60 to 90 minutes each) to review your existing plans, assets, and priorities.

Phase 2 is the Intensive itself: a full day of deep strategic work structured around what you most need, whether that's a comprehensive look at your business or a focused deep dive into a specific challenge or decision.

Phase 3 is integration: a follow-up call within two weeks to close open loops and make sure the strategy is actually in motion.

The structure is designed to give you time to prepare fully before we meet and to integrate what we build together after.

Is the Strategy Intensive available virtually or in person?

Both formats are available. The virtual Intensive is conducted remotely and includes everything in the in-person format. The in-person Intensive is available for clients who prefer to work face to face; travel and accommodations are additional. The structure, depth, and deliverables are the same regardless of format.

What do I need to prepare before we start?

Not much on your end before we begin, as that's what Phase 1 is for. Once you're enrolled, you'll complete the Pre-Intensive Business Vision and Values Assessment, which gives us both a clear picture of where you are and what we most need to address. We'll also have two preparatory calls before the intensive day to review your existing plans and priorities. By the time the intensive day arrives, we're already working.

What happens after the Intensive? Is there ongoing support available?

The Intensive includes a follow-up call within two weeks to close open loops and make sure your strategy is in motion. For clients who want continued strategic support beyond that, Private Strategic Advisory is available. Some clients move directly from the Intensive into Advisory. Others complete the Intensive as a standalone engagement. We can discuss what makes sense for your situation on our initial call.

Let's find out if we're a fit.

The Private Strategy Intensive is offered to a limited number of clients each quarter.

If you're ready to stop reacting and start leading with a clear strategy, let's talk.
