Private Strategy Session

You book and pay. The session is paid in full at booking.

You choose your time. You'll go straight to my calendar to pick a time for our call.

You complete the questionnaire. It asks about your business, the challenge, and what you've already tried. Please complete it at least three business days before we meet.

I prepare. I read everything and review your materials before the call, so our hour goes to substance rather than getting me up to speed.

We meet. A 60-minute working session over Zoom, part interview and part discussion. I'll share initial recommendations as we go.

You receive your strategy. Within about a week: the written strategy document, a recorded walkthrough, and any supporting tools.
